Delivery and Returns

Thank you so much for purchasing my work and supporting a small business! Everything should come to you in perfect order. If it is for some reason not perfect, please let me know asap using the contact form or by emailing hello@helenchalmers.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.

UK Standard Shipping is sent by Royal Mail First Class and untracked. 

Signed for is sent Royal Mail First Class Signed For.

Special Delivery is sent Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day fully insured and tracked. I will endeavour to send these parcels out next day to reach you the following day, however if unusually for some reason I cannot fulfil the order within this time (due to illness or being away etc) I will contact you straight away and refund this postage option. Thanks for your understanding.

International parcels are currently shipping tracked and signed for, I'm sorry this makes them a bit more expensive but too many have disappeared off the radar in the last year for me to be willing to send them untracked. A parcel to Tennessee took six months once! Thank you for bearing with me as I explore other International Postage options.
